Placing an Order

To ensure that we can offer fair prices for our products, we ship directly from our supplier. This helps reduce storage, transportation, and packaging costs, benefiting both us and the environment.


Since we ship directly from our supplier, our average delivery time is 5-8 business days.

Shipping

Shipping is always free of charge.

Delivery

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive a tracking code via email within a few days. You can use this to track your order through our tracking partner, 17track.


If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the replacement also arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund.


If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will send a replacement before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

Customs Fees

In some cases, customs may inspect packages delivered to you. Since July 1, 2021, customs regulations have changed, and we no longer have control over any potential import fees. However, in 99% of cases, no additional fees are applied.

Non-Acceptance of Parcels

When a package is delivered to your doorstep or a post office, Hear Smart covers the shipping costs. If the package is not accepted or picked up from the post office, it is automatically returned to the supplier. In this case, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the package is refused a second time, we reserve the right to deduct £15 from your refund amount.
